It's been a while since I posted a blog post here so here's a little update! As you may know I moved to the USA to study music business and have had an amazing time doing so. In October, I got the opportunity to volunteer at a music industry convention in Nashville. There I got to meet many industry professionals and attend lectures about the music industry. The convention is called IEBA and I am hoping to volunteer there next year as well.

Starting December I have been working as an employee at Murray State University's largest auditorium. There I have learned many skills such as working the light board, soundboard, setting up for events, and tearing down event equipment. All these skills are getting me closer to working in the music industry someday soon! It hasn't been easy but I am grateful for being here in the USA. I have worked hard and will continue to work as hard as I can to reach my dreams.
In December, I also got in a car wreck where a man's ladder on his truck flew at my car. My car got destroyed from the front and bottom but I got away safely. However, even after a few months I am still dealing with car repairs and car insurance.
This week I have my spring break so I can take a few days to rejuvenate and then get back to work. However, knowing that next month will be a busy one I have already planned what assignments I want to get done this week. Also last Saturday, I met with an artist that is looking to improve his social media. I will be helping him use social media and growing his fan base through social media. It's a really exciting opportunity!
Some exciting things that are coming up are: my BIRTHDAY, my friend from Germany is coming here for a week, and a interview for an internship position in Nashville.
I will try to post a room tour and an apartment tour soon! I have taken all the photos and videos but I need to edit and put them together!
Love,
Susanna
