Thanksgiving. It's not a celebration that is celebrated all over the world yet it is such an important holiday in America. Personally I think every country should start celebrating Thanksgiving or a day where you think of all the things you are thankful for.

Back home I don't celebrate Thanksgiving so this was a new experience for me and I am so grateful that I was able to be in America to celebrate it. This Thanksgiving I got the opportunity to celebrate it in the most American way imaginable... watching American football! Zack and I started our Thanksgiving celebrations by flying into Dallas, TX on Wednesday November 22nd. We arrived at the hotel and then went shopping at a mall that was connected to the hotel. We shopped at the mall for about 3 hours and then called it a day.

The next day was Thanksgiving! We headed to the Cowboys game early so we could shop and look around before the game started. We had awesome box seats with a great view of the field. The box seat room had American Thanksgiving food such as turkey, mash potatoes, and gravy. I had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving in the most American way imaginable. :)

To end this post I am going to say some of the things I am grateful for. I am so grateful for this year. This year has been such an amazing year and I could not have asked for anything more. I am grateful for the opportunity to travel so much this year, for being able to go on this exchange semester, for meeting new friends, for having the time to spend time with Zack, for having a music business course for the first time in my life (that I have loved), for being loved, and for being happy with what I already have.

Love,

Susanna
