Quick Update #5 // Exchange

This month I got the opportunity to travel to Nashville, Dallas, and Orlando. While October was extremely busy with 6 tests, 17 chapters to read and chapter quizzes, lots of homework, and projects this month was fairly easy. I only had 5 tests, a project, presentation, some homework, and small assignments.

At the end of October I had the amazing opportunity to go to a Predators hockey game at Bridgestone Arena. I didn't have time to put it in the October Quick Update post so here are some pictures from it. It was really exciting for me because the Predators have two Finnish goalies, and one Finnish skater. I, of course, wore a Finnish shirt and scarf.

This month started off with a weekend in Nashville with my new friend Olivia. We had an amazing weekend eating out at Josephine's, buying some cupcakes from Sprinkles, and having a Girl's Night where we watched Pitch Perfect, Devil Wears Prada, and another movie while eating warm chocolate chip cookies, and making Christmas cards.

Then on November 10th Taylor Swift's new album Reputation came out (YAY) and so I had to buy that in the store. This is the first time I have been in America during a release day of one of her albums while being a fan. So this was really exciting for me. I had a jam session in my car cause I don't have a laptop with a cd input.

For Thanksgiving break I went to Dallas, Texas to watch the Cowboys game and to celebrate Thanksgiving. You can read more about it in my Thanksgiving blog post! I also went to Orlando, Florida to visit DisneyWorld. I went to the Epcot theme park and to Disney Springs, which is a shopping area. Here are some pictures from Epcot and Disney Springs. Both of the places were amazing! Epcot had a really fun ride called Test Track, and different 'worlds'. The 'worlds' had different architecture, local food from those countries, and items from those countries. They have Japan, Canada, America, Germany, and many more.
