Quick Update #2 // Life Changes

This past month has been a crazy one. This month may have been short one but it definitely felt extremely long. I had many assignments due this past month and so there were a few nights where I slept 4 hours or so and then had to go to school.

On Valentine's Day Zack sent me beautiful roses. They can be seen below. I love how thoughtful he is.

Also, I GOT AN APARTMENT OFFER! This was extremely exciting for us because we were worried that we wouldn't get an offer until the summer. The apartment is much smaller than our current one but much larger than most Finnish apartments. It has 2 large bedrooms, a common area with a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a large balcony. My little sister and I both like the apartment and have already signed the contracts for it. In addition, yesterday we picked up the apartment keys and went to look at it. It is a student apartment so there is some cleaning to do. I am so thankful for getting the apartment. It is in a perfect location, inexpensive, and a blessing for my little sister and I. Getting the apartment felt like a little miracle because we were told to get an apartment like that would take up to 6 months but we waited for less than a month.

// THE FLOOR PLAN //

The past 2 weeks we have been actively selling our things that won't fit into the new apartment and have been planning on what to do next. Our plan is to clean the apartment and then start moving our things there and officially moving in as soon as we are ready.

For the next 2 weeks I will be extremely busy because I will be working. On top of work I also have many assignments due in the next few weeks and on top of that we will be moving.

This month is going to be an even crazier one but I am so thankful for everything that has happened.
